Tina Dawson is the creator behind the newly-vegan-food-blog, Love Is in My Tummy: a collection of recipes, visual storytelling and memories for those who desire unique inspiration in the kitchen(thinkBaked Churro Eclairs, Fried Gingerbread Cookies, Herbal Chocolate Tea, Truffle Lentil Curry). Her community views food as more than just sustenance; it's a bridge that connects civilizations and cultures throughout time and and it shapes all life.
Tina was born and raised in a close-knit Indo-Burmese home where all conversations revolved around food. Incredibly, everyone in her family cooks, watches cooking shows most of the day, collects cookbooks and spends every four hours plotting their next meal. In 2017, Tina transitioned to a vegan diet and this year, she's working hard on a reduced waste lifestyle.
Having fallen irrevocably in love with photography and styling of the particularly dark and moody persuasion, she is now re-branding herself as a creative director of visual storytelling.
Tina enjoys creating elevated dining experiences around food. On weekends, you'll find her either lugging a backpack full of food to the North Georgia mountains, sourcing vintage props or working in her new garden.
